Roy David Tony is a founding partner at Royzer-Tony & Co. law firm.

Adv. Tony has extensive experience leading complex real estate transactions, including combination, group, commercial and private sales transactions.

Roy also provides legal advice and representation for urban renewal transactions, such as National Outline Plans No. 38/2-3 and Evacuation-Building plans, and functions as a court receiver focusing on mortgages.

In addition, Roy provides legal advice to corporations, from establishment stage through day-to-day business activities and liquidation, including M&A, franchise agreements, distribution transactions, etc.

Roy is a member of the Tel Aviv municipality’s Urban Renewal Committee and a member of the Bar Association’s Committee for Urban Renewal. Previously, he served as prosecutor at the Israel Bar Association’s disciplinary court.
